Crawford Contracting & Consulting, LLC. is a licensed, bonded, and insured company specializing in building custom homes and additions as well as in building and remodeling commercial properties.  Owner Brian R. Crawford is a licensed Contractor having over twelve years of experience in Contracting and ten years in the field of Engineering. 

Crawford Contracting and Consulting, LLC began in 2003, providing professional Home Building Services for clients who intend on building their home with quality custom features.  It is our desire and goal to not only provide the homeowner with excellent service and a home they are proud of, but also a personal relationship they can trust.

Our mission is to provide clients in the Charleston area with residential and commercial building services for all types of homes and buildings, from concept planning to completion, with a professional team working together, using skill, knowledge, and experience to fulfill that mission.

About the Builder

Brian R. Crawford has a combination of General Contracting, Engineering, and Project Management experience. He is a Registered Environmental Manager (REM), as well as a General Contractor and Residential Builder. Brian is a graduate of both Brevard College and the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. In 1994, to assist in paying for his education and living expenses, Brian took a summer job on a framing crew.  That temporary job later evolved into a hobby, which has now resulted in Crawford Contracting and Consulting, LLC.
