Crawford Contracting & Consulting, LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured company specializing in custom home builds, remodels, additions, and select commercial projects. Owner Brian R. Crawford is a licensed General & Residential Contractor with over 20 years of experience in construction and a background in engineering.

Founded in 2003, the company was built on the belief that homeowners deserve not just quality craftsmanship, but a contractor they can trust. We offer full-service residential construction — from concept to completion — with a team that values clear communication, reliability, and integrity.

As a family-owned business, we’re proud to welcome Brian’s son, Cody, a Clemson grad, who recently launched our site work and hauling division to expand the Crawford legacy. And while Brian’s a die-hard Gamecock, they both agree on one thing: delivering honest, high-quality work across the Charleston area.
